Welcome to the HPH York Vale Cricket League website.

The league, which boasts 50 teams playing in five divisions, plays a vital role for recreational cricketers in North Yorkshire.

Sponsored by leading accountancy firm HPH, the league encompasses an area bounded by Malton, Selby and Thorp Arch with York at the hub.

Founded in 1933, the league's first games were played on May 12, 1934.

The league launched its 75th anniversary brochure in 2008 with all proceeds going to charity.
